Easy 3-Ingredient Salmon Croquettes For Gut-Health
Equipment
- 1 Skillet Non-Stick
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Wild-Caught Salmon
- 2 Eggs Pasture-Raised or Omega-3
- ½ White Onion
- ½ tsp Salt Iodized
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Lightly grease non-stick skillet and set to medium heat.
- Dice ½ of white onion and add to small mixing bowl.
- Add wild-caught salmon, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika and combine ingredients.
- Scoop spoonfuls of salmon mixture into sausage sized patty shape.
- Add patties into non-stick pan and cook until lightly browned on each side. About 2 minutes each side.
- Remove from pan and serve!
